Me(used to be h1b ,newly greened-Indian)
and my wife(h4-Indian) applied for I-485/765/131 based on my approved Eb1a(140). Post application (within a few days) she returned to the UK for studies,briefly returning for her FP(for a few days on h4). Recently I got my GC with no word on her GC/EAD/AP. Since then i called the USCIS and per SR got her combo card today(EAD/AP).
1) Is she allowed to enter the country since her H4 is invalid now (since I'm GC) and
2) since she has been outside the country (she briefly came back for 1 week for the FP before my GC approval) will her I-485 be considered abandoned if she continues to remains abroad?
Post studies she plans to return for good in 2 months.
3) Lastly her combo card has her sex as Male.should/how do i get it corrected?
