My H1B was sent back to USCIS for revocation now I am thinking of applying H4, while filling the DS160 I'm asked workexperience.
1. Will I be considered unemployed, as Since May-2011 I was put under unpaid status by employer.
2. If I am considered unemployed, while writing my prev work experience, what would be the end date of my employment. Will it be 30th May or I could write the day when I came to india and my visa was put on Hold?
3. My wife is in USA currently so I don't have original copy of I-797, Does she need to send original or the scanned copy will do?
4. Also, In DS160 there was a question, If your Visa was ever been canceled or revoked, what should be my answer to that?Yes or No.I
