Q.

Dependents on H4

Hi Andrew,

1> My wife and daughter have H4 visa stamp which is expiring on SEP/20/2011. Can they enter into US before 10 days of visa expiration?

2> Meanwhile I'm changing my job and transfering my visa to another company. So will it be any problem for their entry into US during my H1 visa transfer to another company?

3> What documentation I can provide them to show at port of entry in US

-Mak
