VISA
I am ecuadorian and a G-IV visa holder and my mother has not been able to get a visa (visitor nor G-IV) to come to visit me for a short stay. My mother has already applied for a visitor visa and a G-IV visa. The arguments that US Consulate in Ecuador had to reject my mother twice, respectively were first, that she does not have ties enough to assure she will be coming back to Ecuador, and likewise for the case of G4 they argued that my mother had too many ties to get that visa (her husband and other children). My question is what would be my mother's chances to get a visa, since I have a newborn and I would like her to be with me for 3 months, but I don't know how to handle with that, since having a g4 visa i cannot understand why my mother is not able to visit us.
