Worked for Company A (dec 07 to dec 08)& they transferred my H1B.I went to India & got my Comp A H1B Stamped on passport on May 08 and visa given was valid till Jan 2010. When I came back to US in May 08 ,got I 94 till Jan 2010.Joined comp B from Jan 09 & working here till now.I havnt left out of US since May 08.Comp B transferred my H1B and has validity from Jan 09 to Sep 11. Comp B I 797 A also has I 94 attached at the bottom .
1) Am I out of Status now .
2) Comp B is working on my extension.Got my PERM approved on May 11.Applied I 140 PP & its pending .Will i have any issues during H1B extension.
3)Am i working now illegally .
4)My passport stamped H1B(comp A) & I 94 are now invalid .Can I stay & work legally till Sep 11 with Comp B I797A .
