My mother has a 10 year Tourist Visa expiring in Aug2020.She arrived in US on Feb 27th 2011.HerSecond visit,First for a month last yr.I-94 is valid till Aug 26 2011.We want to extend her I-94 for 2 more months to visit a few more attractions.What is the procedure and risks with this.Can she stay for a max of 240 days without being out of status while extn is in consideration.If,the extension is rejected will the 10 year multiple entry US visa become Void and a fresh Visa needs to be applied for her subsequent visits?If rejected,how much time does she get to leave the US without being out of status?When we apply for an extension do we need to include a copy of the original Air Ticket to India OR the new Air Ticket with extended date of leaving.What all paperwork is needed for extension?
