H1B Visa stamp Doubt !

Had worked in firm A from Dec 2007 -Dec 2008.In between gone to India and got my new H1B visa stamped (H1B filed by firm A) on May 2008.So my passport currently shows this H1B visa stamp with expiring date of Jan 2010. The I 94 also shows Jan 2010 in my passport . Got a new offer and so joined firm B from Jan 2009 and working here till now . They transferred my H1B visa and got me a new H1B petition. I havnt left US since 2008.So I havent stamped the new H1B filed by firm B in my passport yet. The H1b from firm B has an expiry date of Sep 2011.And I 94 expiry date of Sep 2011.firm B applied for my PERM (using H1B filed by firm B) on feb 2011 and got it approved on Apr 2010. They applied for I 140 and its currently pending .1)Am I ok having expired I94 & H1B in my passport now ?
