Q.

H1 and H4 from different companies

My husband has recently changed companies.I have a valid H4 visa stamped on my passport from the previous company. The stamping on my husband's passport has expired. If we both go to India, should we both get stamping done? Will having visas from differnt companies affect us at the port of entry (on return) if I do not get a new stamping? Also, if he visits India alone and gets the stamping, then will I have a problem visiting another country, eg Canada with him?
