Q.

H4 Visa

Hi,
I am H1b Vis acandidate and my wife on h4..she went to india in jan'11..she applied to university and got a admission before she left..now my question is can she come to USA on h4 after university issues I20..issuing I20 creates any problem for her at POE?..she want to comeback to USA in April on h4 and planning to apply COS in July or Aug..Please help me..I am confused..she need I20 for bank loan..
