advice pls.
My emp extend only h1 and forgot abt h4.

My wife's initial H4/I-94 expired on 06/30/04 while she was in US and got revalidation from St.Louis Visa office on 07/05/04 using my H1 Visa(she did not get any new I-94).

She went to India in 04/05 and reentered US in 07/05 and got the new I-94 till 12/05

Applied H4 and approved on Feb 06 till 12/06

Applied H4 extn and approved on Feb 07 till 12/09.

Traveled to India on June 07 and got new stamping, till 12/09.

Reentered to US on 07/07 and got new I-94 till 12/09.
Filed 485 (Aug 07) and got EAD.
Another trip to India using AP (08).
She never employed in US.

Qstns
Do you see any unlawful presence ? If so, solution pls.
Any problem for her I-485 approval?
Can Unlaw. Presence resets after lawful entry?
