Hi,

I have applied for my H1 extension in Aug 2010, i got my receipt number in August 2010 but it is still in pending status. I Have applied for my spouse H4 extension on 23rd nov and the application reached USCIS on 24th. Her visa expired on 25th Nov 2010 and her I-94 will be expiring on dec 5th 2010. So far the check amount of $290 has not been deposited yet by USCIS.
Could you please suggest on my spouse case, whether she can stay here or she should go back to India. Also could please suggest if there is an alternative.
