Q.

Visa Waiver

I have a Public Drunk charge in 1993. Although the offense is not considered moral turpitude a CBP on my last entry made me change it to YES in the I94 and booked me in another database for "Lying to them" . I recently submitted a new ESTA application and it was approved. Should I travel under the VWP? I have dual citizenship ( Spanish & Colombian). Should I try to get a Visa under my Colombian Passport? Besides the 1993 offense, I have an impeccable immigration record, since 1977.
