Hi,I work for company A and when I got married, my wife got her H4 from company A in 2008.she got her passport stamped as well.During 2009 while residing in USA she applied for H1B through company B and she got her I797 and after 4 months we applied for Change of status and Company A applied for it and we received confirmation that H1B to H4 was converted for her.
My wife went to India for visiting and she wants to come back.
On her passport she has the original H4 (2008) from company A stamped.I am still working for company A.Will she need to go for H4 stamping again?
