Q.

regarding H-4 visa

Hello Madam/Sir,

I was arrested in 2008 nov.It was 3rd degree case(small fight between husband and wife).We went to our home country as my husband's L1 visa was expired.My husband came back on L1 again on new petition.I went for stamping for L2 visa and got visa stamped.I entered USA.

My question is I am going to our home country.I need to go for stamping for H4 visa as my husband has been switched his status to H1B.Will there be any problem regarding the case?
