H1B RFE to F1 change of status
I have applied for H1B tranfer but I got RFE. I need to respond for this RFE by July '03 2010.
NOTE: I94 - Expired.
Scenario1:
Now I am planning to apply change of Status H1B to F1. Any issues for Changes of Status and what is the required documents for Change of status?.
Scenario2:
I will respond H1B RFE and apply for Change of status H1B to F1. for this Scenario any issue?.
Scenio 3:
If my H1B approved then what is the process for F1 to H1B?
