regarding my wife H4 Visa
Hi,
This question is regarding my wife H4 Visa.
I came here on Dec-2007 on H1B Through Employer--A.
I transfered(H1B) to another Employer--B. At that time we didnot transfer my wife's Visa to employe--B.
Now I am with Emploer--B,but
My wife visa is not transfered , so still on Employer--A.
Now My Question is
I am moving to another employer-C ,
does my wife's Visa need to move to employer--B first and then to Employer ---C
Or we can directly apply transfer from Employer--A to Employer--C.
