Sibling's and Citizenship concerns

My family and I have been in the US legally since 2000. Through PERM and 7 years later we are all Green card holders in 2007, and plan on applying for Citizenship in 2011.
Last week, my brother who I have not communicated with since leaving my home country in 2000, called me to ask for a copy of my Green card. He intends to apply for a H2B visa to work in the US.
If my brother comes over to the US on an H2B visa and without my knowledge of his whereabouts or intentions decides to stay in the US past his visa expiration date.
How will this jeopardize my chances when it comes to applying for my Citizenship in 2011?
What are the potential pitfalls that I might face in this scenario?
I have been a moral and law abiding permanent resident in the US for over 9 years and don’t need trouble.
