Continuous Residency Requirement Related

Hi,

I am a permanent resident since 10/30/2004.
I left the country two times since i become a resident.

First one(12/06/2004 -1/24/2005) lasted 49 days
My second trip(1/30/2005- 10/24/2005) lasted 265 days. I have been in usa since 10/24/2005.

My questions are;

1-Did i break the continuous residency requirement?
2-Can i apply for naturalization at the end of this month taking 90 days prior to 5 years rule into consideration?
3-If i am not eligible what is the exact date i am eligible to apply for naturalization?

Reason for being absent was medical problems. After i was okay i waited couple more months to get an acceptance from the university that i wanted to attend because i did not want to move twice after i came back.

Thank you very much in advance,

Albert
