I am now a US citizen for over 1 year. My wife and 5 kids live with me in Utah. 4 of the 5 kids were born in the US and went to US schools. They all went back to Mexico to live and I want to petition my wife and son born in Mexico. Also my parents. I will be submitting an I-130 soon. I know that there is a question on the interview form DS-230 that Ciudad Juarez uses asking about how many days or months you have been in the US without inspection. They will know that my 4 kids were born in the US. How would you suggest I deal with that problem? Is there a better wsy to get them their LPR?
