Q.

Effect of changing the job on N400 before the GC without AC21

I worked with a company that sponsored my GC for more than 6 years. I have applied for concurrent processing during July 2007 for I485 and I140. I was working on H1B with them. In January 2011, I changed the jobs and applied H1B with the new company. I didn't apply AC21 on the advice of the immigration lawyer from the new company (we were in the process of applying the PERM as a backup). My PD got current in october 2011 and I received my green card recently. Since I am not working with the company that sponsered my green card, would it create any problems now or when I apply for my citizenship five years from now. If so, is there a way to mitigate it?
Would it create any problems later if I had to change jobs again (if there are any issues at workplace).
