Q.

Naturalized citizenship

Me,wife & son (9 yr) received GC on 11/25/09. Becomes eligible for citizenship after 57 months, i.e 8/25/14. My wife and son are planning to stay in India from June'13 to Aug'14 (visiting US every 5 months).I will continue work in USA until my citizenship.

Can my spouse & son come to USA in Aug 2014 and 3 of us apply for citizenship in the same month (or need to wait for specific duration before apply for citizenship)?

Will there be any trouble getting citizenship for my son & wife since they will be in & out of USA between June'13 to Aug'14 ? My son will attend school in India during this period.

If my wife decides not to apply for citizenship then can me and my son apply for citizenship in Aug 2014? What steps & documentation I should prepare to make my case better.
