Me and my wife have Greencard from last 4 years. And so, next year we should be eligible to get our Citizenship. My Older son is born in USA and he is a US citizen. We are expecting second child.

My questions.
1) If my wife delives our second child in India and comes back to USA, what will be my newborn's status?
2) When me & my wife apply for citizenship next year will our newborn (born in Inda) will be eligible to file for citizenship with us? If not how long he will have to wait to become citizen?
3) After becoming citizen if immediately next year we decide to go back to India for good, what will be the status of my son who is born in India?
