i was married for six months ,never had a chance to change bills into our names ,i had photos that were lost together with my laptop,my wife abandoned me , we and the police searched for her but the efforts were fruitless, i called INS and explained everything ,i told them how i am going to go ahead with my life i m tied , they said just go to court and divorce .i did so after 1 yr and the judge asked me questions in relation to the marriage the result ,it was determined to be mental cruety,something which i had no idea. my question is ,is it possible to file under with the i-360 ,i have not enough evidence such as pictures and bills , the only things i have is the marriage certificate or liecense,i have no pics or leases showing we were together .i m out of status .
