Q.

What I need to file AC21?

Hi, My I-140 got approved 3 years back and I am eligible to switch job under AC21. What I need from my new employer if I change job and wants to file AC21? I want to file AC21 through my attorney as prospective employer is unaware of AC21 and hesitant to sign any immigration related form but they are ready to provide an employment letter with all description.
