Unemployment on EAD
Hi, I am EB2 India GC filer with priority date March, 07. My I-140 got cleared 2 years back and I am on EAD since a year with the same GC sponsoring employer. I am quitting my employer to pursue another position in same or similar field but from the time of leaving and to start my new job there will be a month gap during which I will be unemployed. Pls. let me know whether it will create any issue during the time of my adjustment of status. My GC sponsoring employer may or may not revoke my approved I-140.
