My EAD will be expired on 7/31/10. I have applied for renewal on 5/5/10 and have not received the renewal yet. I have submitted the receipt notice to my employer and told them that I will submit my EAD after I get it.HR has accepted for this. Can I continue to work after EAD expiry? Is it legal? Would I have a problem in my I-485 processing? What would be the start date of my new EAD if it is approved after my current expire date? What are my options? Please advise. Can I travel to India and come back without having EAD and just having Advance parole? Please advise.
