I am on H-1B and have EAD on GC process but my wife is on H-4B as I married my wife after my GC current date got retrogressed. My priority date is on oct 2006.
My own brother, who got citizenship recently, is willing to sponsor me. May I know if I am eligible for my brother's sponsership and in this process can I include my wife as well? And do my wife and myself get to apply for I-485 and EAD immediately using my brother's sponsership as we both are already in USA with valid Visas? Lastly, I want to know how long does it take to get GC like this?
