Q.

US GC and Canadain Immigration

I am on H1b and my spouse had been US GC holder, She will complete here 5 years continuous stay in US in January 20011. Can she apply for Citizenship 3 months before she completes her 5 years?.
I applied for Canadian immigration under Provincial nomination program. We all have been approved by the province. Now I have to send my paper work to Canadian immigration CIC
For final process. It will be all done in 8 month so I am hopping to go to Canada at the end of this year. Will it be a problem for my wife at the port of entry when we come back to US.
Can her US GC be cancelled at US POE?. Or Canadian immigration process can create problems in her US citizenship application.
