Q.

When am I eligible to apply for naturalization

- Applicant became LPR in 2001 through a family based petition.
- Been in and out of US for the 1st 4 years bec applicant was in college. Been out 84 days or 2.7 mos 03/2002-05/2002, 649 days or 1.77 yrs 05/2002-03/2004, 685 days or 1.87 yrs. 04/2004-03/2006
-Approved & traveled w/ reentry permit for the 2 long trips. Returned to US w/in 2 years on both abcenses.
-Living permanently in US w/ permanent job, own house, clean record, paid taxes since 03/12/2006
-only been out of US 103 days on 2 trips in 07 & 08
Q: Can I apply on 03/13/2010 based on 4 years 1 day rule? If yes, can I apply 90 days before that?
Q: currently i have 2 separate 1-130 for my wife and baby. What can I do after I become a citizen to upgrade their petitions? suggestions for fastest processing?
