Q.

Residence continuity

Hello!

I am a legal resident since 01/28/05. I have been living in the USA for the past years, only visiting my country for 2 weeks the most a year. However, I have spent the last 45 days out of USA, I came back to USA for 3 days this weekend and plan to stay in Dominican Republic until the end of November and then go back to USA and stay there for over a month. I am aware that I can send my naturalization application 3 months before my 5 year anniversary.

Am I Ok in regards of residence continuity?
and after I send my application in November I plan to be back and forth until april 2010....
I have ties in USA since I am studying in the university, I have my correspondence, and I will file tax returns for this year.
