I had L1 Blanket visa which got expired in March 2009 from Company A.I had applied for extension in March and i have received the same in March.Currently i am in US on L1-Blanket

I also in mean time applied for H-1B this year with Company B as consular processing and got the approval for same.

I am travelling to India in Nov 09 and would be going for visa-restamping for L1 Blanket with Company A.
Will i have any issues in L1-B Restamping as i also have approved H1-B?
Will my H1-B approval be still valid after L1Blanket restamping???

Does my new Approved H1-B create any issues in entering US again through my L1-Blanket visa
