RE: B1/B2 to L1
You mentioned that it is not a problem for me to switch from a B1/B2 to L1 from within the United States and that I do not need to leave.
Can you explain a little bit more on the process side (sequence of events) of this COS with US Immigration? Would they ask me to send my passport somewhere for me to receive the L1 Visa? Do I need to get it stamped?
