Q.

L1B Work Location Change

I am on a L1B status until 31st Dec 2010 . My original L1 petition that was filed, the work location was Amex, AZ and i worked at Amex ,AZ until Jan 2008 . However after marriage, i simply moved to North Carolina in Jan 2008 and continued working from home in NC for AZ based clients . The Pay stubs i get also have AZ as the state. My questions are 1) Should my Pay stubs show AZ or NC ? 2) Did my company have to file for a amendment petiton to change the work location ? 3) I will start going to Amex office in Greensboro, NC from Sept 2009, though still controlled by the same employer . Does this mean my company needs to file for an amendment petition for the change in work location ?
