Hi,
I hold my L1 B Visa which is getting expired this year. My present employer is filing petition for my L1B extention. (He may also file a new L1B). I wish to continue on L1B.

In 2008, another employer filed a H1B & its approved. But i haven’t used H1B yet. I have departed and re-entered to USA on my L1 status a month back. Could you please advise:

1> If there is any need to disclose about my H1B visa to my present employer? If asked, do I need to provide details about my approved H1B. Is this info required by my present employer to file L1B (Extension or New)

2> Please let me know name of all forms (I129 etc) used by an employer to file individual or blanket L1 extensions so I can also browse through them.

I do not wish to disclose about my H1B to present employer.
