Q.

L1B Extension RFE

My L1B expired in April,My company applied for L1B extension.I have received an RFE. My company also filed for an H1B. Below my questions.
1. I respond to RFE and my L1B gets denied, Will this impact my H1B that is in progress?
2. I respond to RFE and it gets denied, will this have any impacts in getting ANY Visa in Future? What impacts?
3. Instead of responding to this RFE,Can I withdraw this petition and go to back to my country and wait for H1B reponse?
4. If I withdraw the petition and go back to my country, the period I was in US from the date I received RFE and the date I withdrawn, I would have been without any status in US. Is this right? Will this be an issue? I heard i could be barred to enter US for 3-10 years due to this? Is this true?
Please suggest the best option.
