Q.

L1 A to H4 change of status

Hi,

I am on L1 A VISA currently under extension with USCIS. There has been an RFE on it.

I have couple of questions on change of status from L1 A to H4 :
1. What is the wait time?
2. Is there a premium processing option available?
3. Is it preferred to go to home country(India) to quickly move to H4 & get stamped?
