I am on H1B visa now and am in the US from 01 Apr 2011. Can I apply for a fresh Blanket L 1A visa. ( The idea is to get my wife an L2 so that she can work).
If this fresh Blanket application gets rejected will it affect my current H1B Visa ?
Or will these two be treated as separate.
Note
1. I do satisfy the eligibility conditions for L1 A ( more than 1 year outside US in the last 3 years, employed with my employer for more than 3 years and total exp of more than 10 years)
2. My G1 B Visa expires on Aug 2013
3. My Employer is willing to file my L 1A
