Hi,
I was on L1 (B) for 3 years (10/07 to 10/10) and my extension was denied last year (stating that I was working for the same client all 3 years and was working from client location instead of my company's office and hence do no possess any specialized skills, said the denial notice).

Now my company is planning to apply for a fresh L1 (B) for me (It has been 13 months I've been India). What are my chances of getting it this time (since I've a extension denial history).

Please advice if it is safe to go for a
new L1(B)
