Q.

L1 Clock reset

This question is continuation of my previous question (I94 Validity), you answered that for L1 clock reset "One has to be out of the USA for at least 365 days; it does not necessarily have to be continuous. Brief casual visits may be okay, so long as you are outside for at least 365 days"

Could you please have a look at my case below
Entry: 16-Apr-2005 Exit: 31-Jul-2005
Entry: 16-May-2006 Exit: 16-Feb-2007 - Out of USA for 289 days
Entry: 04-Mar-2007 Exit: 06-Oct-2007 - Out of USA for 16 days
Entry: 08-Dec-2007 Exit: 23-Dec-2008 - Out of USA for 63 days
Entry: 13-Dec-2009 Exit: Current - Out of USA for 355 days

Q1. In the above case,Did my L1 Clock get reset anytime?
