I-140/I-485 approved, but now working for different company
I worked for Company A for 4.5 yrs in USA with L1-B and then L1-A visa. Company A initially filed a labor and then I-140 under EB-2 that was approved on 5/11/11. Company A then filed I-140/I-485 concurrent processing (under EB-1) based on my L1A visa on 5/23/11. Company A(only US operations) was acquired by Company C on 6/30/11. An L1A transfer petition was filed for me on 6/28/11 by Company B which is the parent of company A before the sale. L1A transfer was approved on 7/11/11. I now work for Company B providing services for Company A in the same capacity.
On 8/16/11 the I-140 filed by Company A was approved. On 8/17/11, the status of my I-485 that was concurrently filed with the I-140 changed to "Document/Card production".
Is the green card valid? If not, what should be done?
