Q.

Min days before I have to return to US beofre my VISA expires

My L1-B visa is due to Expire on OCT07 2011. I am planning to go to India for 15 days in august and have plans to return on August 30th 2011. Will there be any problem in Port of Entry ?? I will apply for my extension immediately after I come back from India.
My worry is since my Visa will expiry in less than 60 days of my return , they may stop me in Port of Entry
