Will My B2 Rejection affect my L1 blanket Visa application?

My B2 Visa was rejected today. The reason for rejection would be the consular must thought my intentions are not good.
I wanted to know what all things are to be done to apply for L1 blanket visa without my b2 rejections affecting my L1 blanket Visa application?
