1.I am presently on L1B and was thinking of moving to L1A and then file GC in EB1C category.Currently I am project lead managing 11 resources.Before coming to US I was module lead managing 7 resources for 1yr. I am targeting managerial promotion by 2011 end.Am I eligible for L1A and EB1C.Should I wait for promotion. Do I qualify for 3-in-1 yr clause.

2.My Perm EB3(PD Jun 2009) is currently under appeal.I was thinking of filing another perm in EB2 for same employer. Am I applicable for EB2? Will it impact my Eb3 case?Can I use EB3 PD for EB2 I140?
