Q.

Is it possible to convert from H4 back to L1?

I worked continously for a Company Z based in India, from 2006 till June 2010. During that time, I was working in USA on a blanket L1 from Nov 2009 to Apr 2010. I resigned from Company Z on June 2010 and came to USA on a H4. I continue to be in H4 till date. Now, my previous employer Z wants me back for a job in USA. Is it possible for Company Z to sponsor a new L1 for me? Can I do a Change Of Status from H4 to L1 while staying here in USA? Is there any 15-day premium processing available for this COS?
