I am from India, now i am in US on L1 with company A. When I was in India, company B filed H1b with Counslor Processing. H1B got approved after I reach US. Now company B applied for New I-94 with premium processing on Feb 24th and asking me to join with them even before any decision comes from USCIS.
My Question is,
1. How many days it will take to get the decision from USCIS if it is premium processing.
If I join with company B now (before USCIS decision comes)
2. If USCIS rejects to give new I-94 what options I have.
a.Can I go out of US like Mexico and get it stamped? or
b.I have to go to my own country only and get it stamped?
3. Is it advisable to join company B without USCIS decision ? Is it getting I-94 is a just technical process and it will be done 100% ?
