COS L-1 to H1-B and timing
Hi,
I'm currently considering a change of employer with a change of status from my L-1 to an H1-B.
As the H1-B quota will only re-open in April and the H1-B visa issued in October, is it possible to start working with a new employer in April on a blanket visa once the USCIS approval is obtained?
Or will I have to wait October to start working with them (which will of course have them recruit somebody else) ?
