Q.

Forming a partnership company on L1 visa

I am in US on L1A visa in TX and would like to buy a commercial property in california. To buy a property we need to form a company in partnership. Will there be any legal/immigration violation if i form and own a company for buying commercial property or start any other business.
Further will there be any implications in applying or getting Green card in future if i own a company with L1A visa.?
Further if i leave the country (and cancel L1A visa)can i still own & keep the company?
