I am working in US on L1-B with employer A.
Employer B filled my H1-B in 2009 as consular processing but i didn't changed job because of market.Now i have client offer and i want to change my status from L1-B to H1-B.
1)Can i amend my original H1-B petition from consular processing to Change of status?
2)Can this amendment be applied as premium processing so that i can get approval in 2 weeks?
3)At the time we apply for amendment can we give future date for change of status.Example
1 Dec-amendment applied for change of status with start date as 1 Feb with premium processing
15 Dec -USCIS approves amendment with change of status effective date as 1 Feb.
4)Will my L1 remain valid on 16 Dec after amendment is approved so that i resign from emplyer A and give notice till 1 feb
