Q.

L1B Visa Query

I have an L1B visa and have been told my job situation is unsecure. If i lose my job can i find a new job here in the USA and transfer my visa to another company? If not what options do i have as i want to stay in the USA? If i stay with my current company should i extend my L1B or get a L1A?? H1B??? Green Card (3 years)?? I am from the UK and have been here 2 years, and my L1B needs extending on Aug 29th 2009.
