Q.

Going from L1B to H1B visa

Hi,

I've currently since July 2008 on a L1B / transfer visa within my company.

As I've several others work opportunities, I would like to know how to get a H1B visa or transfer my current visa to a H1B and when / how much time this transition could take, if it's possible.
